Luke grew up near Worthington, Indiana, graduating from White River Valley High School. After graduation, Luke served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea, Germany, and Kentucky, among other places.

After his Active Duty service, Luke became interested in economics, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2010. His studies in economics led him to an interest in practicing law and provided him with skills which are helpful for issue analysis and developing solutions to difficult issues. Luke received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2015.

Luke has been practicing law in Sullivan since 2016 and currently serves the Sullivan community out of the Sullivan office of The Rowe Law Firm located at 27 North Court Street, across from Sullivan City Hall. Luke resides in southern Vigo County with his wife, Ruth, and their children.
