Luke grew up near Worthington, IN. After graduating from White River Valley High School, Luke served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea, Germany, and Kentucky, among other places. After his Active Duty service, Luke became interested in economics and earned a bachelor’s in Economics in 2010. His studies in economics led him to an interest in practicing law and provided him with skills which are helpful for issue analysis and developing solutions to difficult issues. Luke graduated from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law in 2015.

Luke opened a law practice in Sullivan in 2016 and joined The Rowe Law Firm in 2018, when his firm merged with The Rowe Law Firm.

Luke resides in Greene County with his wife, Ruth, and their children. Outside the office, Luke enjoys being active and spending time with his family.
